We are looking for a skilled RPA Developer with experience in Automation Anywhere. Exposure to UI Path and IBM RPA will be an added advantage. The candidate should have a strong background in designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end RPA solutions across various business domains.
Key Responsibilities:
• Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Serve as a solution architect to design and implement scalable RPA solutions that align with business objectives.
• Continuously explore and evaluate new RPA platforms and tools to enhance the organization’s automation capabilities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements along with Business Analyst and ensure proper documentation of processes.
• Create and maintain documentation related to RPA solutions, including process design documents, solution design documents, and involve in test plans.
• Provide support to stakeholders (Internal) on RPA tools and best practices.
• Mentor and guide the internal RPA team, monitor their performance, and provide support to ensure successful outcomes.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
• Manage client expectations by communicating project progress/ status, addressing concerns/ escalation, and ensuring satisfactory customers with RPA solutions.
• Contribute to the maintenance of RPA governance and standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 to 7 years of experience in developing RPA solutions using Automation Anywhere.
• Strong understanding of RPA concepts, tools, and best practices.
• Proficiency in Automation Anywhere (A360) development.
• Experience with process analysis, design, and implementation.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with exploring and evaluating new RPA platforms and tools is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of SQL queries & programming languages such as Python, .NET, or Java is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
- Project Management: Define/Validate system architecture of projects. Decisions about control engineering and system technical options and the functional specifications. Specifies the technical specifications of the hardware components.
- Execute complete project from start at factory to installation & commissioning at site.
- Analyses the system layout and description, with regard to control engineering standards and special parts.
