Infosys Consulting is currently seeking a Senior Principal and Principal consultants with Cloud Transformation Strategy experience.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
Candidate must be an experienced IT professional/consultant with the requisite domain acumen and delivery proficiency to help clients achieve business success. Candidate must be adept with and at least knowledgeable of Oracle ERP Cloud transformations with the experience to deliver and achieve defined project outcomes. Strong candidates will have a proven track record of working with large transformational and complex programs with a demonstrated ability to lead teams and clients change initiatives. Candidates must be comfortable working at all levels (team, stakeholder and organizational leadership) to help the organization define and deliver business solutions and processes as part of ERP transformations. This is a highly visible role with exposure to a wide range of stakeholders, which will require a combination of domain, business process and technical skills as well as deep people skills to have success. The responsibilities will include the following:
- Develop business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation with a good understanding of financial / non-financial benefits and the required investments.
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders to manage assessments and develop cloud migration strategies and a multi-year journey map covering business process transformation, organization change management
- Manage client relationship and advise client to solve their problems/ issues
- Support design of cloud operating model with a broad understanding of required cloud operations capabilities, processes, roles / responsibilities & organization structures.
- Evaluation of different products for business functions
- Lead client discussions to define issues and opportunities and then deliver practical solutions.
Thought Leadership & Practice Development
- Lead/ participate in development and delivery of service offerings.
- Lead / participate in the blueprint and design of a finance transformation.
- Provide insight to new and emerging perspectives and point of views on package enabled transformations as well as emerging products and practices.
- Provide patterns, best practices, and white paper on ERP transformation strategy and service offering related areas.
- Capture work products, insights gained, and intellectual property created and upload into the firm’s knowledge management system.
- Stays informed on trends in business practices and emerging products/ technologies.
- Actively works to update/upgrade level of expertise or knowledge.
- Demonstrates the ability to share his/her expertise with others on the team and with the client.
- Demonstrate a knowledge of emerging technologies and their impact on finance and accounting.
Sales and Marketing
- Client proposal development and sales support.
- Client presentations.
- Contribute points of view through blogging, white papers, and other thought leadership.
- Lead work streams to aid development of new business opportunities.
- Conduct market/client research and industry analysis.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with MBA or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider four years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.
- At least 15+ years of experience implementing and managing package enabled business transformation involving Oracle applications.
- Business transformation and Oracle implementation experience with at least 3 end-to-end implementations of Oracle at client locations using global delivery model with at least 1 with ERP Cloud. Well versed with ERP Cloud capabilities and challenges.
- Well-defined management consulting experience, including Project Management and/or Business Analysis.
- Strong understanding of business and market dynamics, financial practices and supportive technology advancements in Oracle ERP cloud and other products.
- Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Proficient with industry standard program management tools and practices
- Ability to travel to multiple local, state and national client locations.

Preferred Qualifications.
Domain Knowledge.
- Minimum 5 years experience implementing one of these Oracle Service area’s: Oracle Supply Chain Cloud, Supply chain planning, Inventory, Manufacturing, Order Management, Procurement, .
- Ability to translate how technology impact business capabilities with a good conversational knowledge of the core Oracle Cloud finance applications and functions.
- Industry Domain knowledge in Financial Services, Banking, Insurance, Manufacturing, Retail, CPG, Communications,
- Experience of managing business processes across multiple functional areas in an organization and appreciation of how they impact each other. Good understanding of latest industry trends in business processes and practices across different functional areas like finance, supply chain (inbound and outbound), inventory and warehouse management, manufacturing, planning, customer relationship management.
- Demonstrated capability to provide thought leadership and architect business solutions across functional areas
- Ability to lead teams to deliver business solutions and projects. Ability to mentor team members to learn and take higher responsibilities
- Functional process experience in an organization and/or industry specific experience
- Ability to develop business case for Oracle cloud ERP transformation with a good understanding of financial / non-financial benefits and the required investments

Consulting Skills & Experience
- Strong problem-solving skills; ability to determine proper course or methodology without direction or supervision.

- Experience participating as a member of a project team through all phases of the project lifecycle, from scoping and planning, requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and go-live.
- Ability to produce clear, concise, relevant and accurate documentation based on captured requirements and information gathered from stakeholders/subject matter experts.
- Strong presentation skills, extensive experience writing successful project proposals, experience planning and execution related projects, and demonstrated project management skills and experience.
- Solid knowledge of process reengineering methodologies and process flowcharting.
