+ Automation - Flow (including working knowledge of migration from workflow rules to process builders and Flow), approvals processes, lead and case assignment rules, validation rules (with hands on knowledge of complex formulas and logic), fields, page layouts, Lightning record pages, dynamic forms.
+ Working knowledge of the Salesforce AppExchange, managed packages and connected apps (including set-up), access (e.g., certificate and key management), and ability to implement and maintain packaging (enhancements and upgrades).
+ Data management in Salesforce - ability to upload and update data utilizing Data Loader, Workbench and other common tools.
+ Microsoft Excel skills to clean and manipulate data - experience with Excel formulas to compare datasets.
+ Ability to administer Marketing Cloud (Pardot) with the Sales Cloud in an administrator capacity - supporting activities such as mapping fields, and testing data flows from Pardot to Salesforce.
+ Practical experience with Agile methodologies and related tools (e.g., Jira).

Sales Force Administrator

Work Timings : IST – 2:00 – 23:00 hrs (Initial 1-2 months it will be 18:30 to 3:30 hrs)

The Salesforce Administrator will identify new and creative opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com and its database to support additional business processes and/or clients and will be motivated, team-oriented, and passionate about Salesforce technology.
This is an exciting role and would entail you to:
The Salesforce Administrator must be able to perform the following essential duties and functions:
•Reviews and understands general organization needs and context for development projects
•Facilitates requirements for gathering, prioritizing, and mapping Salesforce.com features to business processes and client requests
•Implements enhancements and rolls out new features to Salesforce.com
•Help set the direction and execution of future improvement priorities while working with various teams to improve how CRM information is used
•Designs and executes solutions for challenges such as data mapping, object modeling, page layout design, and workflow rules
•Creates training and user documentation, and maintains ongoing documentation processes as business needs evolve or features are added
•Handles management between development sandboxes and production Salesforce.com environment
•Works directly with stakeholders and internal and external developers to plan and implement solutions
•Manages a process to deploy updates, enhancements, and new system functionality including the creation of custom objects, custom formulas, scalable triggers, and workflows
•Serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Salesforce.com
•Shares best practices with team members to enhance the quality and efficiency of customer support and contributes to the knowledge base
•Develops reports, dashboards, and processes to continuously monitor data quality and integrity
•Assists with “train-the-trainer” program, training people in the use of Salesforce.com.
•Handles customization of fields, page layouts, record types, reports, and dashboards. Develops and designs custom objects and code as needed. Customizes, configures, and manages flows

This may be the right role for your if you have,
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent related experience in business or technology
- 3+ or more years as a Salesforce.com administrator
- Two or more years working with business teams on data migration and cleanup
- One or more years of project management
- Strong understanding of Salesforce.com best practices and functionality
- Proven experience developing Salesforce.com enhancements to support core business processes
- Experience with Appexchange and Salesforce-to-Salesforce transfers
- Python and HTML experience strongly desired
- Excellent technical, business, and people skills
- Provide high quality support via both telephone and email
- Well organized and flexible to meet continuously changing priorities and challenges
- Salesforce.com Administrator and Advanced Administration Certification preferred. Salesforce.com Developer Certification a plus
- Designs, develops and implements custom objects in SFDC. Implements triggers, workflows, and validation rules in SFDC
- Excellent project management skills with a sense of urgency
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines, handle and prioritize simultaneous requests, and manage laterally and upward with a positive attitude
- Creative and analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience working with sandbox and production environments to manage/test functional or process changes
- Demonstrated ability to provide instruction to audiences of varying technical backgrounds
- Passionate about solving challenges by leveraging database and technology solutions
