Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Engineers to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for performance verification of System-on-Chip (SoC) designs using Platform Architect and Emulation Platform. This role involves working closely with SoC architects and cross-functional teams to optimize SoC performance and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain performance models for SoC designs using Synopsys Platform Architect or Emulation Platform

Collaborate with architecture, design, software and verification teams to define performance requirements and ensure alignment with overall system goals.

Analyze and optimize system performance, including DDR, CPU, GPU, Interconnects and high-speed interface like PCIe, UCIe etc

Identify performance bottlenecks and propose solutions to improve system efficiency.

Conduct performance simulations and provide detailed analysis and reports.

Mentor and guide junior engineers in performance modelling and analysis techniques and best practices.

Stay updated with the latest advancements in SoC performance modelling and industry solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.

4-15 years of experience in SoC performance modelling and analysis.

Proficiency in using Platform Architect or Emulation platform for performance modelling and analysis

Strong understanding of SoC architecture, including CPU, GPU, DDR and interconnect subsystems. Any knowledge of NPUs and AI accelerators would be an added advantage.

Experience with performance simulation tools and methodologies.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

**What you will do -**
+ This role intends to recruit a talent who will seat on the divisional team and will have responsibilities for making testing efforts and goals a success working with local and global test lab
+ Drive consistency in terms divisional procedures, be an active contributor in making development/verification testing a success.

**What you will need-**
**Required-**
+ B. Tech / B.E / M. Tech / M.S. - Mechanical; Minimum Experience10years and maximum 15 years. Minimum 5 years in similar role of product development/product testing
+ Solid 3D CAD modelling skills (Creo).
+ Experience on designing & development of machined/forged/cast components; manufacturing process with focus on DFM & DFA methodology; mechanical design engineering principles.
**Preferred-**
+ Proven Expertise in Material Selection Knowledge (materials specific to medical devices).
+ Good knowledge of current industry standards for product development and risk control practices; designing of jigs & fixtures, inspection methods; GD&T principles and application.
+ Know-how of tolerance stack-up, DFMEA, Risk analysis.
+ Should have expertise on developing verification and validation methods.

**Qualifications you need:**
+ Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
+ 15+ years of professional software development experience.
+ Strong expertise and practical experience in TypeScript, Node.js, and databases
+ Experience on design and development of cloud native microservices based distributed systems on Typescript, JavaScript and Node.js .
+ Experience in building integrations with different data sources e.g. PostgreSQL.
+ Strong experience with at least one of the hyperscalers, ideally AWS
+ Good experience in building large-scale data processing and analytics pipelines using platforms like Apache Spark or Databricks is a plus.
+ Deep understanding of containerization and Kubernetes
+ Experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation using tools, preferable GitHub Actions and ArgoCD
+ Ability to navigate typical enterprise challenges such as security, compliance, scalability, and data consistency
+ Exhibit excellent programming skills and a strong ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
+ Have a strong background in architecting reusable large-scale software components, developing scalable and highly available microservices, and a good understanding of interrelationships between software components and systems.
+ Skilled in driving technical solutions to complex and ambiguous problems, with a focus on stability and scalability, and with cross-team collaboration.
+ Experienced in measuring, managing, and resolving technical debt to ensure the long-term viability of software systems.
+ Possess strong facilitation and communication skills, both in written and oral forms.
+ Exposure to geographically distributed work environments.
