Job Responsibilities
Responsible for building and maintaining automated testing environment and infrastructure for a multi-platform product that will be used to validate all aspects of product development?
Develop, document and maintain test artifacts like the test data, data validation, harness scripts and automated scripts.
Estimate and develop scalable test cases using .Net technologies in a highly collaborative agile environment with strong experience in C#, Selenium.
Open to run the manual test regression or build verification suite if needed.

Publish results and receive appropriate signoff. Prepare detail status reports and monitoring of all defects and issues.
Identifying memory leakage, connection issues & Bottleneck problem in the application.

Job Specification
B.E/B. Tech/MCA or equivalent professional degree
4-6 years of experience designing and developing automated testcases in C#, Selenium WebDriver, Selenium Grid, Rest API, OOPS concept, basic programming
Mandatory experience on automation framework development and maintenance
Experience developing automated test suites for SOA, server API/web services testing.
Exposure to Agile Scrum and associated framework, User Stories /product backlog and TFS / JIRA Usage.
Should have knowledge of API Automation, Postman and JMeter
Experience with source control like Git or Bitbucket is preferred.
Experience in Test Driven Development (TDD), unit testing, regression testing, integration testing
2-3 years of experience in Performance Testing tools using?Jmeter or any other standard tool.
Experience in analysis of the CPU Utilization, Memory usage, Network usage, Garbage Collection and DB Parameters to verify the performance of the applications.

**Purpose and Scope**

**Essential Job Responsibilities**
+ Develop automation roadmap and strategy for leveraging Tricentis Tosca for functional automation. Administer automation tools, manage users and roles, manage license utilization
+ Define guidelines/best practice for writing automated test scripts, ensure test scripts' consistency. Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
+ Support test automation solutions for different environments and multiple platforms across landscape (Web-based, desktop-based; API's; SAP, Veeva/SalesForce, Adobe, etc.
+ Develop new automated test scripts and automate existing manual tests. Conduct peer reviews of automated test scripts
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive test coverage
+ Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups
+ Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards throughout the testing process
+ Identify, document, and track defects and issues, working closely with development teams to resolve them
+ Support components of the Tosca and their interfaces with other tools and systems. Help in troubleshooting issues within test platform
+ Increase tools' adoption through conducting training sessions
+ Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor performance of tools, simplify administrative activities, identify bottlenecks, and implement optimizations to improve efficiency and user experience
+ Security & Compliance: Ensure the applications are secure, compliant, and projects adhere to SLC best practices, including managing identity and access and securing data. Generate and maintain related documentation including SOPs, WIPs, STL Templates and Training Materials as needed
+ Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment

**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's degree in relevant field, e.g., Computer Science, Data Science
+ 3+ years' experience in software test automation, working with tools like Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft Certify
+ Deep understanding of testing within a heavily regulated environment. Experience in the pharmaceutical industry'
+ Experience in setting up and troubleshooting test automation tools like Tosca or Worksoft. Strong background in writing and troubleshooting automated scripts
+ Experience in automating test scripts for platforms like SAP ECC or SAP S4HANA, Veeva/SalesForce, Adobe, ServiceNow, MS 365, etc
+ Proven track record of establishing and following best practices for creating and managing test scripts
+ Proficiency in different phases of testing like Sanity Testing, Functional Testing, GUI Testing, Regression Testing, Integration Testing, System Testing, Performance Testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Thorough understanding of software development life cycle
+ Experience in CI/CD Azure pipeline. Experience with integrating automated testing tools with product suite with DevOps pipeline
+ Experience of working with OpenText ALM and ALM Client
+ Familiarity with at least one Source Code Control too
+ Strong knowledge of DevOps and Agile methodology and experience working in Agile teams. Experience in using Azure DevOps for continuous integration, continuous delivery, pipelines, and version control.
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to automation tools.
+ Ability to collaborate effectively with development, operations, security teams, business users, software vendors.
+ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
+ Agile and adaptable to changing environments and project scopes.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Relevant certifications in Tricentis Tosca or Worksoft Certify.
