Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Assistant Manager for our US Healthcare Recruitment team. This role will be instrumental in managing recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and leading a team to meet our staffing needs in the healthcare sector.
Key Responsibilities :
Formulates and executes recruitment plans and production goals that are consistent with and supportive of Contingent Search annual business plan. Ensures that individual, team revenue and gross profit goals are met or exceeded (monthly, quarterly, and annually).
Develops and executes recruiting plans and programs designed to increase placements, profits, and market share.
Manage individual production goals that ultimately drive financial results for both clients and employees, thus resulting in growth and retention.
Communicate milestones and successes that keep team focused, engaged, motivated, and inspired.
Assess individual performance, develop and enhance employee skills and abilities, and implement plans for improvement as needed. Leader will facilitate annual performance evaluations cyclically.
Provide daily direction and communication to employees with continuous evaluation of processes and procedures for Contingent Search.
Facilitate planning for training of new team members while conducting training as needed. Work with the functional training department to facilitate scheduling of courses and one-on-one development when appropriate.
Cultivate an environment of accountability, responsibility, and trust amongst the team.
Develop staff including coaching, counseling, mentoring and training.
Work with Corporate Marketing, leadership, and colleagues to find new ways to attract candidates via web advertising, lists, associations, and other areas as needed.
Accountable to overall compliance to company policies and procedures.
Effectively represent company in a leadership capacity internally and externally to include company sponsored events, meetings, conferences, trade shows, and reoccurring client updates.

Qualification:
Bachelors Degree in Business Management, Accounting, or other applicable discipline desired, or equivalent relatable experience.
Leadership experience in healthcare staffing or direct placement recruitment preferred.
5+ years experience as a healthcare staffing recruiter.
Previous delivery and supervisory experience in a customer service focused environment, preferably healthcare.
Demonstrated team-oriented management style.
Ability to motivate staff toward achievement of divisional/company goals.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
