Skills :
- Strong foundation in digital signal processing theory & techniques
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C/C++/Python
- Familiarity with radar data processing techniques such as Doppler processing, beamforming, and pulse compression.

You’ll develop FHSS and FHSS-OFDM waveforms, implement them on DSPs, and collaborate with our RF team to deliver a rugged. This is a hands-on role in a lean, high-impact team.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop FHSS waveforms (500 hops/s, QPSK) for the Basic version, targeting half-duplex operation at 2 Mbps.
- Create FHSS-OFDM waveforms (64 subcarriers) for the Advanced version, enabling full-duplex transmission over 5 MHz bandwidth.
- Port waveforms from MATLAB simulations to DSPs (e.g., C55x for Basic, C6748 for Advanced)—20-50 MFLOPS optimisation.
- Implementing the designed waveform on TI DSPs.
- Ensure waveform synchronisation (<1 µs jitter) and anti-jamming performance (13 dB gain vs. 20 dB J/S).
- Collaborate with the RF Engineer to integrate waveforms with RF hardware (HackRF, AD9361).
- B.Tech/M.Tech in ECE, Electrical Engineering, or related field from a reputed institute .
- 7+ years of experience in physical layer design and baseband processing for wireless systems.
- Proficiency in waveform development (FHSS, OFDM, QPSK)—MATLAB and C required.
- Hands-on experience with TI DSPs (e.g., C55x, C6748)—TI Code Composer Studio expertise.
