JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced SEO Manager to join our dynamic marketing

team. As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for improving our website's visibility and

search engine rankings by implementing best practices in On-page, Off-page and Technical SEO.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Develop and implement effective SEO and GEO strategies to improve website visibility

and search engine and AI platform rankings.

● Conduct keyword research to identify high-value keywords and phrases relevant to our

industry and target audience.

● Optimise website content, including landing pages and blog posts, for targeted keywords

and user experience.

● Perform on-page optimisation tasks such as meta tag optimisation, URL optimisation, and

internal linking.

● Monitor and analyse website performance using SEO tools such as Google Analytics,

Google Search Console, and SEMrush.

● Identify and troubleshoot technical SEO issues such as crawl errors, duplicate content,

and site speed.

● Collaborate with the website development agency to build new pages and optimise the

current website.

● Track and report on key SEO metrics, including organic traffic, keyword rankings, and

conversion rates.

QUALIFICATIONS

● Minimum of four years of experience in SEO, with a proven track record of improving

search engine rankings and driving organic traffic.

● In-depth knowledge of SEO tools and software, including Google Analytics, Google

Search Console, SEMrush, Moz, and Ahrefs.

● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.

● Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.

Job Description

We are seeking a high-caliber SEO Specialist with a foundational background in WordPress web development to drive next-generation organic growth initiatives. This role will be instrumental in aligning technical SEO execution with strategic content optimization while ensuring seamless site performance and UX via WordPress CMS enhancements. This is a cross-functional position requiring collaboration with Marketing, Development, and Executive Leadership to drive measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architect, implement, and continuously refine SEO strategies to maximize organic search visibility, lead generation, and brand authority.
• Conduct comprehensive SEO audits, including on-page, off-page, and technical aspects; recommend and implement optimization plans.
• Enhance WordPress websites for SEO best practices, including speed optimization, schema markup, mobile responsiveness, and accessibility.
• Execute backlink acquisition strategies aligned with corporate authority-building objectives.
• Manage on-page SEO efforts: metadata, keyword mapping, URL structuring, and content hierarchy optimization.
• Implement and manage SEO tools such as Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, and others to monitor and improve performance.
• Collaborate with the development team to troubleshoot and optimize WordPress themes, plugins, and custom functionalities impacting SEO.
• Analyze traffic trends and site performance metrics; deliver actionable insights and quarterly business reviews to leadership.
• Stay ahead of evolving SEO algorithms, industry trends, and emerging technologies to maintain competitive advantage.

Qualifications

• Any Graduate Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Digital Media, or related field preferred.
• Any Graduated from Tier 1 and Tier 2 institutions such as IIM Indore and IIM Kozhikode.
• Should be Google Certification on adwords, Analytics

Experience:

• 4+ years of proven SEO experience, including successful rankings and performance improvement case studies.
• 2+ years of hands-on WordPress development experience (themes, plugins, troubleshooting, HTML/CSS fundamentals).
• Should have managed a team of on and off page SEO Specialist.
