HomeLane is looking for a strategic and hands-on SEO Manager to lead our next phase of organic growth. You’ll drive visibility, rankings, and lead generation across a wide ecosystem of product, service, and city-level pages.
This role goes beyond traditional SEO. You’ll lead initiatives across Search Experience Optimisation (SXO), Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO), Answer Engine Optimisation (AEO), and voice-led discovery, ensuring HomeLane stays discoverable and competitive in an AI-first search world.
- Own SEO strategy and execution across 5000+ website pages, content hubs, and microsites
- Drive visibility for transactional, informational, and geo-specific high-intent keywords
- Build a scalable, intent-led content roadmap aligned to business goals
- Implement Search Experience Optimization (SXO) by improving SERP visibility, CTR, and on-page engagement
- Lead structured data implementation (schema, FAQs, breadcrumbs) to support AEO and rich result eligibility
- Collaborate with product, tech, content, and design teams for on-page, technical, and UX improvements
- Improve Core Web Vitals, crawlability, mobile performance, and internal linking
- Enable discoverability on GEO-friendly platforms like Google SGE, Bing CoPilot, and generative AI summaries
- Track and analyze performance using GA4, GSC, Semrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
- Benchmark against competitors, run audits, and experiment to stay ahead of evolving SEO trends
- 5+ years of hands-on SEO experience with large websites or multi-city consumer brands
- Strong grasp of keyword strategy, content funnel mapping, and technical SEO
- Working knowledge of SXO, GEO, AEO, and voice search optimization
- Proven ability to manage content and tech SEO execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams
