- Endeavour to resolve all complaints during shift and logs all complaints in log for further follow up
- Adhere to the Hotel’s policy relating to fires, evacuations, hygiene and safety

- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance and hygiene by adhering to the Grooming Policy
