Minimum Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP Service Management, with majority in consulting roles.
  • Hands-on experience in Service Management processes and SAP Service, configuring, developing, and managing all aspects of SAP S/4 Service module and integrations.
  • Configure SAP Service module, and design integrations with CRM systems, Field Service add-ons.
  • Perform gap analysis and propose innovative solutions to align SAP Service functionalities with business goals.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP innovations, S/4HANA, and especially SAP Public Cloud advancements, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SD, MM, and FI/CO, to ensure seamless integration.
  • Conduct user training and provide post-go-live support to ensure smooth adoption.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve SAP Service-related issues efficiently.
  • Understanding of capabilities of other Service management solutions like SFDC Service Cloud, SAP CRM
  • Proven track record of leading SAP Service implementations.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of business processes.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

+ Prioritising effort on supporting high priority Live Customer impacting incidents over 'backlog items'.
