**About the Role**
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst - ServiceNow Platform to connect business needs with advanced technical solutions. The role involves gathering and analyzing requirements, translating them into functional specifications, and ensuring alignment with Takeda's objectives and compliance standards, such as GxP and SOX. The focus is on maximizing ServiceNow's value to drive customer business outcomes.
Responsibilities
+ Lead requirement gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture business needs, pain points, and process improvement opportunities.
+ Champion organizational AI adoption by ensuring seamless system integration, demonstrating clear business value, and maintaining high standards for performance and user experience
+ Translate business requirements into functional specifications and work closely with ServiceNow developers and architects.
+ Be the process expert in how to best support solutions by using ServiceNow capabilities using ServiceNow best practices focused on configuration vs. Customization
+ Drafting more functionality-focused user stories, their acceptance criteria, testing strategy and knowledge transfer while supporting customers in reviewing and approving them
+ Facilitate workshops, create process flows, and document use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
+ Review detailed test cases and scripts in accordance with User stories
+ Support the design, configuration, and testing of new functionalities and enhancements.
+ Ensure all requirements and processes comply with Takeda's GxP, SOX, and other regulatory standards.
+ Conduct UAT planning, coordination, and execution with business users. If needed Perform functional, regression, and integration testing on ServiceNow applications.
+ Ensure compliance with governance, data quality, and security standards.
+ Provide guidance on platform capabilities, OOB functionalities, and best practices.
+ Act as a liaison between business, technical teams, and platform owners.
+ Mentor junior analysts and contribute to building BA best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience & Knowledge:
+ 6+ years as a Business Analyst, with at least 4 years focused on ServiceNow Platform, Integrations and multiple products.
+ Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.
+ Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
+ Exposure to integrations, reporting, and analytics within ServiceNow.
+ Technical Understanding:
+ Awareness of ServiceNow platform architecture and common configuration elements.
+ Ability to assess feasibility of requirements against OOB features vs. Customization.
+ Strong understanding of AI Models, Deep Learning Models, and Large Language Models with a focus on Generative AI. Preferred experience deploying GenAI Solutions
+ Certifications (Preferred):
+ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) - Preferred
+ ServiceNow ITSM Implementation Specialist - Preferred
+ Soft Skills:
