We are seeking a highly certified and experienced Senior ServiceNow Technical Consultant to lead and deliver complex ServiceNow implementations and solutions. **Key Responsibilities:**
+ Lead the design, development, and deployment of ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, and ITAM.
+ ITAM - Software Asset Management / Hardware Asset Management
+ ITOM - Discovery, Event Management, Service Mapping
+ Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define scope, and architect scalable ServiceNow solutions.
+ Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior consultants and developers.
+ Customize and configure ServiceNow applications using best practices and maintain platform integrity.
+ Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, and other integration tools.
+ Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and ensure adherence to security and compliance standards.

**Required Qualifications:**
