- Drive the end-to-end creative process from briefing and ideation to iterations, approvals, and final delivery.

- Collaborate with cross-functional departments (sales, marketing, production) to deliver practical yet innovative solutions within cost and time constraints.

- Represent the team in key client presentations, internal reviews, and design pitches.
- Bachelor's or Master s degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, Interior Design, or related creative disciplines.
- 8+ years of professional experience in Visual Merchandising, In-store Branding, or Spatial Design , with 5+ years of Team Leadership experience is a must .
- Demonstrated success in managing diverse creative teams in a deadline-driven environment.
