We are seeking a SharePoint and Nintex expert with deep experience in content migration, complex form/workflow development, and modernizing solutions with Power Automate. This is a critical role for experienced professionals (4-12 years) who want to own the transformation of enterprise processes across multiple client environments.
Key Responsibilities & Must-Have Skills
You will be responsible for end-to-end delivery in the following core areas:
1. Migration & Platform Expertise
- Lead and execute large-scale SharePoint migration projects , including both content and complex customization.
- Expertise in migration tools: Sharegate and SharePoint Migration Tool (SPMT) .
2. Nintex Development & Modernization
- Design and deploy complex Nintex On-Prem & Online Forms & Workflows .
- Proficiency in developing both Classic and New Responsive Nintex Forms .
- Experience with Nintex migration/conversion projects.
- Ability to develop and deploy Nintex Form plugins into different environments.
3. Automation & Customization
- Strong knowledge of Power Automate (Flow) development and the deployment process.
- Hands-on experience with client-side scripting using JavaScript/jQuery for enhanced form functionality and customization.
Minimum Qualifications
- 4+ years of dedicated experience with SharePoint and Nintex platforms.
- Proven experience in SharePoint migration projects.

+ Develop migration roadmaps, high-level designs (HLDs), playbooks, and executive summaries.
+ Lead enterprise-scale migrations from legacy platforms (Google Drive, Box, Dropbox, file shares, SharePoint on-premises) to Microsoft 365 services.
+ Optimize network and performance (e.g., direct internet breakout, Zscaler, ExpressRoute).
+ Provide architectural guidance for SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, and Power Platform.
+ Ensure integration with Teams, Exchange Online, Viva, Intune, and endpoint management solutions.
+ Mentor delivery engineers and manage project risks.
+ Collaborate with identity/security teams on Conditional Access, DLP, MFA, and Information Protection.
