Key Responsibilities:

*Graduate in Commerce/Finance; candidates with an MBA will be preferred.

*1-3 years of relevant experience in share transfer and demat operations.

*Proficient in working with NSDL/CDSL platforms and a solid understanding of SEBI regulations.

*Familiarity with RTA software (e.g., Karvy, Link Intime, Cameo, etc.).

*Strong skills in documentation, record keeping, and compliance.

*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.

Job Summary : Business Analyst/Tester will be responsible for analysing business requirements, preparing Business Requirement Documents, Functional Specification Documents, User Stories, Business Processes, and models via Process led workshop sessions, defining test cases and conducting testing activities to ensure the successful implementation of Financial instrument setup related to Securities, Derivatives and Structured product modules. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and end-users to optimize trading operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

  • Strong understanding of TDS (Temenos DataSource) – instrument ingestion, validation, and dissemination.

    Role Description

    This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Credit Rating Analyst in Bonds & Financial Instruments, located in Gurugram, Haryana. The Senior Credit Rating Analyst will be responsible for developing conducting comprehensive financial statement analyses, evaluating credit risks, and developing a comprehensive model for rating bonds and other financial instruments. Additionally, the Analyst will collaborate with colleagues to ensure consistency and accuracy in ratings, stay updated with industry trends, and maintain high standards of analytical quality and integrity.


    Qualifications

    • Prior experience at a credit rating agency strongly preferred
    • Ability to build models independently from scratch is a must
    • Strong Analytical Skills and experience in ratings of bonds and financial instruments
    • Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively on-site
    • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools
    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
