Responsibilities:
Room Cleaning and Maintenance:

- Clean and sanitize guest rooms, including making beds, dusting furniture, vacuuming carpets, and cleaning bathrooms.
- Change linens, towels, and toiletries as needed.
- Ensure all amenities are replenished, and the room is properly stocked.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.

Public Area Cleaning:

- Clean and maintain the cleanliness of hotel lobbies, hallways, elevators, and other public areas.
- Vacuum carpets, dust furniture, and polish surfaces.
- Empty trash containers regularly and ensure proper disposal.

Laundry and Linen Care:

- Collect and sort soiled linens and towels.
- Operate laundry equipment, such as washers and dryers, to clean and dry linens.
- Fold and organize clean linens and deliver them to the appropriate areas.

Guest Assistance:

- Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests and inquiries.
- Assist with luggage handling and provide directions or recommendations as needed.
- Ensure guests' privacy and security by respecting "Do Not Disturb" signs and maintaining confidentiality.

Inventory Management:

- Monitor and maintain housekeeping supplies, ensuring an adequate stock at all times.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping supervisor to place orders for cleaning materials and amenities.
- Keep track of inventory usage and report any discrepancies.

Safety and Compliance:

- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Adhere to hotel policies and regulations, including those related to security and privacy.
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous housekeeping experience in a hotel or similar environment is preferred.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment.
- Attention to detail and the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong time management and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.

  • Executes store operations during scheduled shifts. Organizes opening and closing duties as assigned.
  • Follows TATA Starbucks operational policies and procedures, including those for cash handling and safety and security, to ensure the safety of all partners during each shift.
  • Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
  • Follows up with baristas during the shift to ensure the delivery of legendary customer service for all customers.
  • Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality.
  • Provides quality beverages, whole bean, and food products consistently for all customers by adhering to all recipe and presentation standards.
  • Follows health, safety and sanitation guidelines for all products.
  • Recognizes and reinforces individual and team accomplishments by using existing organizational tools and by collaborating with the store manager to find new, creative, and effective methods of recognition.
  • Maintaining cleanliness throughout the store by regularly cleaning and sanitizing all areas as required.
  • Summary of Experience & Education

  • Minimum 1 year of experience of handling a team in a retail setup
  • Minimum education qualification – 12th / Diploma +
