Mandatory skillset/experience/knowledge:
- Knowledge of Thermal management/CHT/Electronics Cooling – mandatory
- Strong fundamentals in CFD, Heat transfer, Therma management, CHT, Electronics Cooling with Ansys Icepak, AEDT, FloEFD - Preferred

- Collaborate with hardware/mechanical/electrical teams to integrate thermal requirements into system designs.
- Set up and manage thermal and conjugate heat transfer models: geometry preparation, mesh generation, boundary condition specification, and solution strategy.
- Interpret simulation outputs (temperature distribution, airflow, pressure, thermal gradients) and derive actionable insights for design improvements.
- Model Multiphysics environments: coupled fluid flow and heat transfer, transient and steady state scenarios, component interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve design issues relating to overheating, hotspots, and suboptimal cooling performance.
- Document thermal analyses, simulation methodology, and results in professional engineering reports and presentations.
- Support testing team when needed, correlate simulation predictions with actual measurements or lab tests.
- Interface with customers and project teams to understand requirements, communicate progress, and propose design modifications.
