This role requires effective coordination with various stakeholders and strong project management skills.
Responsibilities- Oversee construction projects from conception to completion while monitoring compliance with safety and building regulations.
- Manage site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to establish project specifications and timelines.
- Conduct site inspections and assessments to ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Prepare and submit reports on project progress, including any issues or delays.
- Manage and supervise site workers and subcontractors.
- Ensure that all materials and equipment are used efficiently and safely.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- 2-7 years of experience in civil engineering or site management.
- Strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and legal regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and other design software is preferred.
