**Main purpose of position**
Currently we are looking for a **Site Mechanical Quality Inspector** in Sidi Bouzid, Tunisia to be part of our global team working together towards our vision - **Improving our future.** As our Site Mechanical Quality Inspector you will proactively evaluate works performed in site to assess compliance with quality requirements during construction as per project documentation and guiding the field team by supporting in the implementation of tools established by the organization under the guidance of the site quality manager of the quality management system.
**Main responsibilities**
- Support the site quality manager and ensure that quality goals are achieved
- Implement and monitor site quality management system in their discipline
- Highlight field issues that directly impact quality of the plant
- Maintain and update inspection register, red-line and calibration register
- Implement NCR process in site and maintain NCR register
- Perform inspections and follow-up on punch items
- Review and follow up on contractor’s quality management system implementation
- Sign off on contractor’s quality inspection reports
**Qualifications and competencies**
- University degree in Mechanical Engineering
- 3-5 years’ experience working on medium to large size preferably in PV construction projects, HV Substations or Transmission Lines
- Experience with the implementation of quality management systems in construction
- Knowledge in ISO 9001:2008, Knowledge of MS Office
- Fluent both written and spoken in French and Arabic, at least Intermediate English
- Certification in Quality Control is advantage

- Strong technical knowledge in Mechanical works
