The Project Management and Engineering Excellence Organization is looking to hire a DFSS Specialist who will be responsible for the bringing about a cultural change in how systematic product design happens in line with the voice of customer.
The AD&M Engineering Excellence team is responsible for enabling and equipping the entire global AD&M Engineering Team. This position is a unique opportunity for someone to use their knowledge and abilities to oversee all aspects of the Predictable execution using DFSS for an entire engineering organization. The AD&M market space is continually increasing in its complexity and customers have a high expectation for quick time to market. To remain competitive, it is vitally important to keep pace with these demands. This role will work directly with the AD&M engineering teams with the expectation of providing the leadership required to execute an efficient Product design process using DFSS tools and practices, ensuring first time right outputs. This is not a position that will simply maintain the status-quo. Rather it is expected that this individual will bring a progressive, future-focused mindset that will help to lead the AD&M Engineering team toward becoming a best-in-class engineering organization. Responsibilities:

• Mentor DFSS GB candidates for project completion and certification.
• Be part of Key project reviews as DFSS champion.
• Work across BU for sharing best practices on DFSS.
Desired Candidate Profile:
• 5+ years’ experience in Engineering Product design, Continuous Improvement, or Project Management.
• Bachelor’s Degree required (Engineering degree preferred).
