Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various industries, ensuring the attraction and hiring of top talent to meet organizational needs. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their requirements and build strong talent pipelines that contribute to the overall success of the company.
Key Responsibilities:

End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring teams.

Talent Sourcing: Identify and source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and talent pools.

Candidate Screening and Interviewing: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates' qualifications and cultural fit. Coordinate and conduct interviews, providing feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.

Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Partner with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and organizational culture, ensuring a clear alignment between job requirements and candidate profiles.

Job Posting and Employer Branding: Write and post compelling job descriptions on relevant platforms to attract top talent. Promote the company's employer brand and ensure job postings reflect the company's values and culture.

Offer Management and Negotiation: Prepare and present job offers, negotiating salary and benefits in alignment with company policies and industry standards. Ensure a positive candidate experience during the offer stage.

Talent Pool Management: Build and maintain an active talent pool for current and future hiring needs, keeping candidates engaged and informed about potential opportunities.

Recruitment Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source of hire) to measure and improve the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.

Candidate Experience: Maintain clear and consistent communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback to ensure a positive experience.

Market Research: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, compensation benchmarks, and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure the company remains competitive in attracting top talent.

Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment practices are compliant with labor laws, company policies, and industry standards.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or in a similar recruitment role.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and interview techniques.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and recruitment tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and influence candidates and hiring managers.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to assess cultural fit, team dynamics, and organizational needs.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously.
- Knowledge of labor laws and compliance requirements in recruitment.

Urgent Hiring for HR Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist for Delhi Location - Work From Home - Female Preferred
Talent Acquisition Specialist:
1. Build strong stakeholder relationships with Business Leaders & Hiring Partners, understanding their business and providing candidates that are the right fit for the clients.
2. Define and develop attraction and recruiting strategies that are innovative and a break from the norm.
3. Develop and implement winning strategies for hiring across all service lines.
4. Be a subject matter expert for recruitment, using knowledge and experience to meet robust hiring targets.
5. Update Daily Progress Reports to CEO ? Twice a day and ensure that daily objectives are been met
6. Meeting monthly targets of yourself and follow-up with the shortlisted candidates to ensure that daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly targets are been met.
7. Must be flexible to work on the office timings and off-hours to accommodate geographically distributed client teams.
8. Recruitment for Non-IT and Manufacturing Companies Only - No IT Hirings
9. Sourcing potential candidates from various professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed, Monster, Shine.com, Linkedin
10. Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates
11. Screen incoming resumes and application forms
12. Interview candidates and shortlist for Allocated Clients
13. Advertise job openings on social media, job boards and internally
14. Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
15. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits
16. Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
17. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard
18. Daily Targets of Recruiters ? minimum 5 resumes need to share with clients
19. Monthly 5 positions to be closed by every recruiters to justify monthly performance
Candidate Specifications
Qualification - Graduate or MBA
Experience - 5-10 Years
Working Mode - Work from Home
Prior Experience must have - Not-IT and Manufacturing Hirings (Production, Quality, Store, Logistics, Purchase, PPC, Sales, BD, HR, Accounts, CRE, CS,CA etc.)
Gender Preferred - Female
Office Timing - 10:00 am - 7:00 pm (Monday-Friday), Alternate Satuday Off and Sunday is Fixed Off
Candidate Must have Own Laptop, Cell Phone for calling
