Your Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a dynamic team of 10+ full-stack developers working with TypeScript, React, and SQL.
• Develop, test, and maintain existing and new features driven by data modeling, customer analytics, and machine learning for the Slyce platform.
• Work closely with senior leadership to define the technical strategy and roadmap.
• Define comprehensive technical requirements and make key architecture decisions.
• Mentor team members and provide regular, constructive feedback.

Your Profile

• 10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience with React and TypeScript.
• 3+ years of engineering management experience leading teams of 5+ developers.
• Strong expertise in TypeScript, React, SQL, and BigQuery.
• Proven track record of scaling engineering teams and processes.
• Experience in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with software development teams on defining, designing and delivering high-quality products; provide feedback on architecture, design, and priorities
• Do prompt engineering and evaluations
• Do detailed product research to figure out solutions to ambiguous problems

• Excellent understanding of prompt engineering and running evaluations
• Experience in building agentic systems, and understanding in agentic design patterns
• Must have prior experience in building LLM native applications and agentic systems
• Experience leading product design through the entire lifecycle, from concept and wireframes to MVP and final release.
• Experience working with engineering teams to define, scope, and prioritise product requirements is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to deliver products and projects on tight deadlines is a plus.

• Provide comprehensive clinical lab data expertise as part of a team to develop and maintain Laboratory Data Management (LDM) tasks for the studies awarded to IQVIA Laboratories and meets the external client data reporting needs. May be required to support the development of new systems and processes related to the electronic data transfer process, or the configuration of business rules and master data in study and laboratory information systems. Understand and comply with core standard operating procedures and working instructions.

Essential Functions

• 2-3 years of experience in Data Management and Python Programming. Requires basic knowledge of Python Programming and Data Management procedures obtained through prior work experience or education. Equivalent combination of education, training, computing qualification and experience.
