About the Role:
We’re currently seeking Trades Assistants who enjoy working in a supportive team environment, take pride in their work, and are committed to delivering high-quality results on time. This role is ideal for individuals with hands-on experience supporting mechanical trades and a proactive approach to workplace safety and efficiency. You’ll be assisting qualified tradespeople with mechanical tasks, general labouring, and workshop duties. Experience working in environments such as sewage treatment plants, industrial facilities, or construction sites will be highly regarded.

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Trades Assistant - preferably in Welding & Mechanical Install
- Current Construction White Card
- Valid Drivers Licence
- EWP, Working at Heights, Confined Space tickets (preferred)
- Hep A, Hep B, and Tetanus vaccines
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- A proactive mindset with a problem-solving attitude
