Understand team/client needs and requirements.

- Use existing templates and apply minor customizations to develop dashboards within Talkwalker (agency listening platform).

Ongoing Monitoring:

Ad Hoc Listening Projects:
Understand client/team needs and requirements.
- Recommend and refine search queries in alignment with the assignment.

Social Listening Platform & Industry Knowledge
- Working knowledge of social listening platforms such as NetBase, Brandwatch, Sprinklr, Spredfast, Crimson Hexagon, Sprout Social, Meltwater, Hoot Suite, Talkwalker
