Job Responsibilities:
- Leverage social media listening tools to create timely research and reporting on consumer insights, trends, competitive analysis, product insights and emerging consumer tensions. Combine findings with other digital data sources, identify strategic recommendations and create persuasive presentations
- Understand the business objectives and measurement requirements to help guide decisions, KPI measurements and provide insightful recommendations.
- Develop strategic social reporting and analytics cadence by identifying key areas of measurements, optimizations & benchmarks.
