- Conduct A/B testing, monitor campaign performance, optimize ad creatives and targeting and manage advertising budgets to maximize ROI.
- Conduct website audits, keyword research, and on-page optimization to enhance website performance and user experience.
Analytics, ROI Tracking and Reporting:
- Track and analyze engagements, ad spend and CAC across all channels using Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager and GoHighLevel CRM.
- Define and monitor industry-standard KPIs to drive growth.
- Generate detailed reports on campaign performance, ROI and actionable insights, recommending ad spend to management.
- Support migration from our existing CRM to GoHighLevel, leveraging its reporting tools to track leads and client conversions.

Qualifications:

Job Summary:
We are currently hiring for a Social Media Manager to lead and oversee the planning, creation, and execution of brand communication across various digital platforms. This role is perfect for someone who can blend strategy with creativity and turn a simple idea into a campaign that makes people stop scrolling.
You’ll manage daily content calendars, campaign planning, community engagement, influencer collaboration, and performance analysis. It’s not about being everywhere—it’s about knowing where your audience is and what they care about. If you’ve handled social media pages with multiple stakeholders, tight timelines, and the occasional “Can we post this right now?” moment, you’ll fit right in.
Primary Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage platform-specific social media strategies
• lan content calendars aligned with product updates and marketing campaigns
• C llaborate with designers, writers, and product teams for content production
• T ack KPIs, prepare performance reports, and provide actionable insights
• M nage responses, engagement, and brand voice across platforms
• C ordinate with digital marketing teams for promotions and paid campaigns
• I entify and manage influencer collaborations and user-generated content
• M nitor trends and recommend relevant campaign themes
• M intain consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across platforms
• E sure compliance with healthcare communication standards
Primary Skills:
• D ep understanding of social media platforms and audience behaviour
• A ility to create structured content calendars and plan ahead
• S rong communication, writing, and brief preparation skills
• K owledge of analytics tools like Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Insights, etc.
• F miliarity with social media trends in health, wellness, and FMCG
• B sic understanding of paid media, lead generation, and targeting options
• E perience managing agency or vendor coordination
Qualification:
• G aduate or postgraduate degree in marketing, media, communications, or related field
• C rtifications in social media marketing or digital brand management are a plus
Experience:
• 2 to 6 years of relevant experience in handling brand social media across platforms
