• Provide direct social work services to children and families, including assessment, counseling, and case management.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans to meet the needs of children and families.
• Conduct home visits and assessments to evaluate family situations and ensure child safety.
• Advocate for the rights and needs of children within the legal and social service systems.

• Strong assessment, counseling, and case management skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and advocacy skills.
