Role Overview:
We’re seeking a HORECA Partnerships lead to lead engagement and operations for high-footfall waste generators such as hotels, restaurants, and cafes (HORECAs). You’ll be responsible for onboarding partners, setting up pickup schedules, and ensuring consistent waste recovery from these sources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and onboard HORECAs across Goa for waste pickup under DRS.
- Build and manage a schedule for pickups and ensure execution with fleet partners.
- Serve as point-of-contact for HORECA partners, resolving any service issues.
- Train HORECA staff on segregation practices and storage protocols.
- Coordinate with Fleet Manager for timely pickups and route planning.
Requirements:
- Field sales or vendor onboarding experience;
experience in waste/sustainability is a bonus. - Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- High energy, hands-on approach, and a love for fieldwork.
- Ability to travel and work across districts in Goa.
