Role Description
The Soft Skills / Aptitude Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering training programs focused on soft skills and aptitude development. The tasks involve developing training materials, assessing student progress, providing feedback, and collaborating with faculty to integrate soft skills into the curriculum. Key Requirements
- 3–6 years of experience in training, preferably in customer service, insurance, healthcare, or SaaS/startups.
