+ Experience in the healthcare industry, with understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements.
+ Experience working with Mainframe systems like COBOL, JCL, DB2, VSAM, IMS DB/DC.
+ Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
+ Experience with an onshore/offshore model.
+ Aptitude for gaining deep knowledge of industry and business, and proactively using this knowledge to deliver meaningful results
+ Excellent oral and written communication skills
+ Strong interpersonal/relationship management skills
+ Strong time and project management skills
+ Adept problem-solving, influencing and critical-thinking skills

+ Experience in Agile tools (JIRA), collaboration tools (Confluence, SharePoint), Visio, ticketing systems (ServiceNow)
+ Experience with Agile development; Agile certification is a plus (i.e. SAFe Product Manager / Product Owner)
+ Experience in API Standards, Microservices Architecture and Cloud capabilities
+ Experience in RESTful APIs and SOAP services and message formats such as JSON and XML
