Architecture Analyst. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the implementation,
configuration, and management of enterprise architecture tools as well as our activities around
IT / EA master data to enable decision making for strategic projects and activities. This role will work in
cross-functional teams and will push the optimization of our IT landscape, enable innovation and ensure
scalability of our solutions.
Major Responsibilities
• Business Capability Management:
o Be the champion of the BCM campaign
o Take responsibility for content and technical aspects of the BCM tool
o Own the roadmap and roll out of the EAM tool
o Support Divisions and Groups on maintaining data, identify gaps, create meaningful
Dasboards and Reports out of the BCM tool
• Implementation and Configuration:
o Lead the implementation and ongoing management of the enterprise architecture
management tool to facilitate documentation, visualization, and analysis of the
organization's architecture landscape
o Configure the tool to capture architecture artifacts, solution designs, roadmaps, and other
relevant data, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and accessibility
o Ensure alignment with business requirements and objectives
• Management and Governance:
o Oversee day-to-day activities of Enterprise Architecture tools

o Identification of key “IT Master Data” elements to be tracked, and ensuring our tooling
supports that in an effective way
o Define and enforce architectural governance processes to ensure adherence to
established architectural standards, promoting consistency, reusability, and
interoperability across the organization.
o Develop and enforce governance in collaboration with a groups
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
o Collaborate with business units, IT teams, and stakeholders to understand current and
future business goals, technological advancements, and transformation initiatives
o Design BCM workflows to enable effective capability management
o Integration of EAM tooling with other systems to minimize duplicate data collection
activity to maximize the value of EAM
• Training and Support:
o Facilitate change management efforts to ensure successful adoption of the Enterprise
Architecture framework and the EAM tool across the organization.
o Provide training and support to teams, enabling them to effectively utilize the architecture
tool and adhere to established processes
o Develop training materials and documentation
• Continuous Improvement:
o Identify areas for improvement in capability management
o Streamline processes and enhance efficiency
o Increase value derived from the BCM tool
• Vendor Management:
o Liaise with BCM tool vendor and monitor updates/features
o Manage vendor relationship and negotiate contracts
• Reporting and Analysis:
o Generate regular reports and analytics
o Provide insights on capability performance and utilization trends
o Ensuring effective survey processes in place for data collection around EA initiatives
o Identify gaps and/or risks and present findings to stakeholders
o Support reporting and analysis activity of our IT Master Data
• Other Duties as required
Knowledge and Education
• Bachelor's degree in management information system related degree, information technology, or
relevant work experience.
• 5+ years of Business Capability Management system administration/management experience
• Good understanding of manufacturing capabilities and related solutions (e.g. ERP, MES, LES)
• Proficiency in architectural frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman, etc.) and standards related to the
automotive supplier domain; certifications (LeanIX, TOGAF) are a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse
stakeholders, from technical teams to executive leadership

Tasks
Overview:
The Manager Enterprise Architecture is responsible for continuously identifying optimization potentials on the IT Landscape, managing LeanIX as EA repository and supporting strategic IT projects. Furthermore, he is supporting in the preparation of architecture decisions and development of architecture principles, standards and roadmap. This role includes the definition and alignment of the LeanIX data model, creating and providing enterprise architecture assets for the architecture community/projects and evaluating the Application Portfolio to identify and initiate Application Portfolio Optimization measures. He continuously improves data quality in LeanIX and work with EA, IT and business stakeholder to assess and prioritize requirements for LeanIX and manages the implementation and development roadmap of LeanIX. The role requires expertise in TOGAF Framework, LeanIX and a good understanding of business domains and architecture layers to apply enterprise architecture methods, frameworks, and techniques.

Reports to: Head of Enterprise Architecture.
Main Tasks & Key Responsibilities:
Initiating and managing of Application Portfolio Evaluation (T.I.M.E. assessment) to initiate Application Portfolio Optimization measures.
Engages with business and IT stakeholders to gather and requirements for LeanIX and manages the implementation roadmap.
Define and continuously improve the Data Model of LeanIX in collaboration with EA and IT Stakeholder.
Initiate continuous data quality improvements for LeanIX in combination of establishing a data quality concept and data governance for LeanIX in collaboration with EA team.
Support of strategic IT projects with enterprise architecture assets, templates and EA data repository.
Preparation of architecture decisions in collaboration with business and IT stakeholder
Support of the definition of architecture principles, standards and roadmap in alignment with business strategy and IT strategy
Qualification
Qualifications, Experience / Requirements and Technical Knowhow:
Qualifications:
- Successfully completed a higher education degree in the field of economics, computer science or information technology and have familiarity in the IT environment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English , enabling the effective presentation of concepts to the Architecture Community and business stakeholders.
- Very good analytic and organizational skills.
Experience / Requirements:
- 3+ years of professional experience in Enterprise architecture including architecture strategy and architecture delivery roles.
- Experience in LeanIX and application portfolio management.
- Experience in the Pharma, Life Sciences or Health Care industry is preferred including basic understanding of industry specific regulations.
- Proven ability to navigate complex matrix organizations , with experience of delivering results in a global environment and challenges such as remote working, cultural differences and split time-zones.
Technical Knowhow:
- Deep understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks, methods and standards
- Good knowledge of standard architecture design patterns across all architecture layer
- Proficiency in LeanIX.
- Certifications in frameworks such as TOGAF 9, ITIL, ADKAR , PMP, PRINCE2 and Certified SAFe Architect are considered a plus.
- Familiarity with emerging technologies and trends, such as AI, machine learning, IoT, and blockchain.
- Comprehensive technical and business knowledge for target-oriented communication with all stakeholders throughout the company.
