The Sales and Marketing Technology Team is looking for an exceptional Application Development Manager to manage and lead the design, development and delivery of web and service-based software systems built on an ASP.NET with Reacts. Note that this role involves heavy, hands-on development, and is responsible for developing technical solutions for new and existing applications working with internal business users and IT team members. This person succeeds in a highly collaborative, fast-paced, and agile software development environment. Engage regular contacts with Slab Stock foam urethane additive customers in regards of technical inquiries and troubleshooting and suggest best use of Additives support sales by introducing existing & new Polyurethane products to customers and follow-up internal/external qualification work as well as gather market competitive intelligence including new technologies, market trends, IP opportunities, etc. • Execute and contribute to Application laboratory work required to identify and demonstrate additives solution to customer needs as well as planning and execution of project work closely together with Marketing, Commercial functions and with R&D Manager to identify new business opportunities to drive new growth for Momentive’s Urethane Additives business. • Deliver regular technical training on product benefit to sales & distributors as well as ensure that high safety standards are applied in all laboratory activities and comply to EHS regulations and practices • Work on RCCA for customer complaints.

MSc./MTech in chemistry or chemical engineering with 5-7 years of experience in production of polyurethane foam with specific applications in the Flexible Polyurethane industry in a technical role, including specific experience in production Slab stock/lamination/ Box foams,

Job Summary
This position leads the analysis and design of quality technical solutions. He/She is involved in full systems life cycle management (i.e., analyses, technical requirements, design, coding, testing, and implementation of systems and applications software) delivered on time and within budget.
