Our client, a leader in enterprise technology solutions, is seeking an accomplished Senior Project Manager to lead complex software implementation projects for our key clients. This role demands exceptional leadership, strategic planning, and execution capabilities to ensure the successful delivery of high-value software solutions. You will be responsible for managing the entire project lifecycle, from initiation and planning through execution, monitoring, control, and closure. This includes defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale software projects, possess strong technical acumen, and excel in fostering collaboration between client teams and our internal technical experts.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise software implementation projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, including work breakdown structures, timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
  • Manage project risks and issues, identifying potential problems, and developing mitigation strategies.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and managing expectations effectively.
  • Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, including developers, business analysts, consultants, and QA specialists.
  • Oversee the procurement and management of project resources, including personnel, equipment, and software.
  • Monitor project progress using appropriate tools and techniques, providing regular status reports to stakeholders.
  • Ensure adherence to project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid) and best practices.
  • Facilitate project meetings, including kickoff meetings, status updates, and post-project reviews.
  • Manage change control processes, assessing the impact of scope changes and obtaining necessary approvals.
  • Ensure quality assurance and testing processes are effectively implemented.
  • Conduct post-project evaluations, identifying lessons learned and areas for continuous improvement.
  • Mentor junior project managers and contribute to the development of the project management office (PMO).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on enterprise software implementation projects.
  • Proven experience managing complex projects with budgets exceeding ₹50,00,000.
  • Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies such as Agile (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall.
  • PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and enterprise software solutions (e.g., ERP, CRM).
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in client-facing roles and managing stakeholder expectations.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate diverse teams.

**Uncover systematic problems and drive plans with respective teams for long term solutions providing better customer experience and product/solution stability**
**Minimum Qualifications:**
**Bachelors in STEM with or more shown experience working in network engineering**
**Demonstrated experience working with protocols (BGP/OSPF/ISIS; EVPN, BFD, IPv4/IPv6; MPLS TE/FRR; L2/L3VPN; RSVP; Multicast (v4/v6)**
**Experienced with real-time operating systems commonly used in Networking systems like IOS-XR, IOS-XR**
**Experience with Linux and open-source technologies**
**Experience with large scale routing and switching architectures**
**Demonstrated experience fixing networking issues in live customer environments to effectively diagnose and resolve problems**
**Preferred Qualifications:**
**CCIE routing or CCIE Service Provider**
**Familiarity with internal Cisco organization and eco-system (BU, AS, TS, PLM, Operations)**
**Master's Degree or equivalent experience in STEM**
**Proven expertise with IOS XR based platform architectures i.e., Cisco 8000, NCS5500 / 5700, ASR9K, NCS540 and NCS560**
**Practical knowledge and experience with AI concepts and applications**

Employees receive up to twelve paid holidays per calendar year, which includes one floating holiday (for non-exempt employees), plus a day off for their birthday. Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their base salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components. For quota-based incentive pay, Cisco typically pays as follows:
.75% of incentive target for each 1% of revenue attainment up to 50% of quota;
1.5% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;
1% of incentive target for each 1% of attainment between 75% and 100%; and once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for each 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.
For non-quota-based sales performance elements such as strategic sales objectives, Cisco may pay up to 125% of target. Cisco sales plans do not have a minimum threshold of performance for sales incentive compensation to be paid.
