Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in project and program management, with a significant focus on enterprise software implementations.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, and cross-functional technology programs.
- Expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum).
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC) and common enterprise software platforms.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional strategic planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP or equivalent project management certification is highly desirable.
