Basic Qualifications

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are vital for interacting effectively with clients and internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, installation, or maintenance of complex technical systems, involving both hardware and software.
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing hardware failures and resolving software conflicts.
- Strong understanding of networking principles (TCP/IP, LAN/WAN).
- Experience with industrial automation, specialized machinery, or enterprise software systems is a significant advantage.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Willingness and ability to travel extensively, often on short notice.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
