Job Purpose:  


The Order Processing Team Lead is responsible to supervise, guide and motivate the Order Processing team on a daily basis in addition to extended support to manager. As a team lead, you will be the contact point for all team members, so communication skills is essential. This position requires the ability to act proactively in ensuring smooth day-to-day team operations and effective collaboration. Team lead is expected to be capable of processing orders for multiple line-cards. Ultimately, a team lead should lead by setting a good example and engage the team to achieve goals. Be in the forefront of process enhancement and resolving technical issues.
 

Responsibilities:
  • Supervise, guide and motivate team members on daily basis and provide training as and when needed to ensure all orders are completed accurately within SLA. 

  • Understands the overall process flow of procurement, finance and compliance in addition to being knowledgeable in sales order for multiple line cards.

  • Extend support to manager in providing updates, feedback, and ideas as well as assist business team with ad hoc request/inquiries related to orders.

  • Serve as main contact point for sales team and coordinate with finance, compliance and management team.

  • Participating in ad hoc project and discussions on reporting

Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
  • 5 to 8 Years of relevant work experience.

  • Bachelor's Degree with Business, IT, Supply Chain Field of Study preferred.

  • Able to execute instructions and to request clarification when needed.

  • Possesses strong data entry skills.

  • Able to perform basic mathematical calculations.

  • Able to recognize and attend to important details with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Able to communicate clearly and convey necessary information.

End-to-End Testing Leadership

    What You Will Be Responsible For
