Lead and manage a team of software engineers, ensuring clear goals, mentorship, and continuous growth.
- Drive engineering excellence, best practices, and technical quality across the product lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product management, leadership, and data science teams, along with UX designers and other stakeholders, to define and deliver product features.
- Ensure scalability, security, and performance of the Process and Task Mining solutions.
- Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, and team productivity across the entire Process and Task Mining Alliance, ensuring consistent delivery excellence across all teams.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, code quality, and technical innovation.
- Lead technical discussions, architectural planning, release readiness, and proactively unblock teams to ensure smooth delivery of complex solutions.
**Who You Are:**
A seasoned technical leader with 10+ years of experience in software engineering, including at least 3+ years in a managerial or leadership role.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams in an agile environment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of mentoring and inspiring team members.
**What You've Accomplished:**
Strong expertise in software development using modern programming languages (Java, Python, or similar) and frameworks.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes), and big data processing using Spark, EMR, or similar technologies.
- Solid understanding of scalable architecture, microservices, and API-driven development.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance technical excellence with business priorities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of mentoring and inspiring team members.
- Familiarity with Process Mining or Task Mining technologies is a plus.
- Knowledge of the Pega Platform is an added advantage.
