**What is the Job all about?**
The Software Product Owner is responsible for maximizing the business value of the development delivered by assigned development team(s) and managing the software product backlog(s) for this/these team(s). Works with multiple software teams, product owners, product managers and relevant stakeholders.
**Your main responsibilities:**
The Software Product Owner is accountable for the software backlog for assigned team(s). To ensure this following is expected:
+ Start new development efforts and guide your area of responsibility.
+ Accountable for software development deliveries from multiple teams towards stakeholders
+ Clearly expressing software backlog items from an end-to-end perspective (across value chain)
+ Ordering the items in the software backlog to best fulfill goals and missions
+ Optimizing the value of the work the Development Teams performs
+ Participating in Scrum events
+ Acting as the liaison between software teams and stakeholders
+ Ensuring that the software backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what the Scrum Team will work on next
+ Ensuring the Development Team understands items in the software backlog to the level needed.
+ Refinement of Epic's cross functionally within the dependency of the Scrum team.
+ Develop short 0-12 month and long term 1-3-year software roadmap for area of responsibility.
+ Active participation or guide the prioritizing of urgent tasks, i.e. quality Red Alerts, compliance and development project escalations
+ Encourage agile transformation and mindset
+ Align and agree on deliveries from outside own function (Across GT I, AME and Product Development in divisions)
The Software Product Owner is expected to engage in ensuring cohesion for product software development in Grundfos. This includes:
**Software Governance**
+ Feature Governance
+ If working towards a division, being the point of contact from software development towards division value stream
+ Be part of extended Leadership Team in Software Development
**Mandate - what this function/role can make decisions on:**
+ Sign-off on technical deliverables from scrum teams
+ Prioritizing urgent tasks within own teams
+ Allocate activity budget within framework given
**Your background:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience
+ At least 15 years of experience with 7 years of relevancy.
+ Ideal resource has good understanding of Variable frequency drives, variable speed drives, frequency converters, inverters etc.
+ Ability to communicate Business Development and Product Management decisions and background.
+ Software development understanding
+ Experience working with a team in multiple locations
+ Experience from working in an international company
+ Extensive Agile experience and change management
+ Fluent English verbal and written
+ Like to work in a virtual team where colleagues are placed around the world
+ Is able to understand technical problems and make them simple to implement
+ Recognized as the initiator in completing tasks
+ Can create an architecture what support our platform and also solves the tasks in an smart way
+ Can handle that not everything is well defined
+ Investigate fresh perspectives and review today's work practices
+ Collaborates in a multi-culture environment, dealing with different time zones

Description:
Creates and manages software Feature Implementation Plan with product level plan.
Creates and maintains the Software Product Backlog.
Manages external and internal change requests through software backlog items.
Prioritizes and sequences the software backlog items according to product level timing plan.
Ensures stories are made clear to the scrum team and requirements related impediments are resolved on time in coordination with systems requirements team.
Supports Project Leads to define lower-level sprint plans in alignment with project level plans.
In Sprint Planning meetings, conveys vision, prioritization and expectations towards defining sprint goals & Definition of Done (DOD).
In Daily Stand-ups (optional), observes sprint progress and provides inputs that may be vital to the sprint execution.
In Retrospective meetings, provides feedback on improvements for the upcoming sprints.
Adjusts the course of the software project at the end of every Sprint when product level priorities change.
Perform Sprint Review and verify the planned goals are achieved.
Provides software readiness and project’s progress updates to Program Team.
Defect Management Process is the Key aspect of this role. Bachelor or master’s degree or equivalent in Electronics Communication Engineering or mechatronics or equivalent.

We are looking for a talented Product Designer who is experienced in mobile and web applications. In this role you will work closely with our existing Designer and Design team, as well as working closely with the CEO to deliver our product roadmap. - Focus on both the user experience (UX) and the user interface (UI) aspects of a digital product or service.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design
- Create and maintain design documentation and assets
- Execute on design direction informed by user insights and our business needs into delightful, elegant, usable, and measurable user experiences.
- Participate throughout the product design process by creating user flows, high-fidelity user interface designs, and prototypes.
- Implement and execute innovative and achievable design solutions that provide meaningful user value.
- Collaborate with leadership, product managers, and engineers to build the best user experience.
Skill & Experience Requirements
- Experience in designing mobile apps, web apps, and websites (3+ years experience)
- Design skill

- Familiarity with the following design software:
- Figma (Required)
- Proven experience as a UI Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design skills and process
- Strong skills in user experience and user interaction design
- A deep understanding of human-centered design including user research methodologies, usability testing methodologies and accessibility
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
About you
You have proven experience in all phases of the design process including user research, UX writing, wireframing, prototyping, visual design, interaction design, and usability testing.
You have a deep understanding of design research, interaction and visual design disciplines, as well as industry design standards.
You enjoy creating omni-channel design solutions that cross multiple channels and platforms serving a multitude of user types.
You possess a portfolio that demonstrates experience in product thinking where you have previously shipped Product design for digital products and apps.

Detailed Description:
Creates and maintains the Software Product Backlog - will be focusing on leading the definition of user stories that build up to a set of features defined on a high level by a function owner and make sure key attributes for those features are maintained throughout the realization of the user stories being defined.
§ Creates and manages software Feature Implementation Plan with product level plan - You will also judge what drives value to end-user when it comes to details in feature scope and contribute to the planning of user story and feature implementation.
§ Manages external and internal change requests through software backlog items.
§ Prioritizes and sequences the software backlog items according to product level timing plan.
§ Works with systems team, design champion/software architect to create Epics and converts them into stories that are granular enough to be achieved in a single sprint along with acceptance criteria.
§ Ensures stories are made clear to the scrum team and requirements related impediments are resolved on time in coordination with systems requirements team.
§ Supports Technical Delivery Manager(s) to define lower level sprint plans in alignment with project level plans
§ Adjusts the course of the software project at the end of every Sprint when product level priorities change.
§ Provides software readiness and projects progress updates to Program Team.
