The Technical Services and Formulation Manager - India will report directly to the CD&D Technical Director - Livestock and functionally report to General Manager - Animal Nutrition India and be our local expert for all technical service and formulation activities.
- In this capacity you will be in charge of the development of our technical approach in India with the following responsibilities:
- In collaboration with local commercial in India and regional technical team in Asia, participate to the development of our local activities in concentrates, feed additives and specialties for all species but more focus on poultry sector.
- Be the link between customer needs and optimal use of our products and services
- Provide and manage formulation of concentrates for local production, as well as complete feed formulation for customers. In charge of the development of feed and concentrate specifications and raw materials (20%).
- Deliver technical service to customers by providing technical input in the identification of customer opportunities and in resolving customer/product technical problems.
- Responsible for the customer product evaluation process, including identifying evaluation criteria, designing protocols, initiating tests with customers, coordinating testing parameters, and reporting findings to customers. Frequent travel is required (70%).
- Organize technical topics about feed and animal production to be presented to the local market and collaborate with the marketing team to develop key messages to publish to the market.
- Propose themes of research to regional technical team and also participate internal technical communication in the region (10%).
