Inventory Management & Procurement.

The goal is to ensure that the shipping processes are running smoothly and effectively.

You will be responsible for managing routine shipping and distribution operations on a day to day basis.

Key Responsibilities:

Supply Chain Management: Develop and implement strategies to optimize the supply chain, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services

Coordinate with suppliers, manufacturers, and distributors to ensure reliable and efficient flow of items

The person must have the understanding of Cost benefit analysis

Monitor inventory levels and implement inventory control measures to minimize excess or obsolete stock

Identify opportunities to streamline processes, procurement strategies and improve supply chain efficiency

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as sales, operations, and finance, to align supply chain activities with business objectives

Implement procurement strategies that ensure the availability of items while minimizing costs

Supporting inventory management, including tracking, ordering, and replenishing products as needed.

Optimize transportation routes to reduce lead times and shipping costs while processing customer orders.

Responsible for processing customer orders and identifying fraud activity.

Track and analyze logistics metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Prepare reports and present findings to management, highlighting key performance indicators and recommendations

Requirements: Bachelors in B. COM, B.B.A and I.B.

Procurement experience is a plus

Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and standards.

Required Skills and Experience:

1. Understanding of inventory management systems and processes.

2. Detail-oriented with strong data entry skills.

3. Familiarity with product catalog moderation.

4. Problem solving Abilities

5.Strong data analytics skills, with the ability to draw actionable insights from large data sets.

**Summarized Purpose:**
Acts as a liaison and support to the local team in all areas of clinical supplies' lifecycle (i.e., receipt, storage & handling, shipment & delivery, return & and accountability, destruction coordination) for assigned studies.
**Essential Functions:**
+ Completes the day to day operations of managing the study drug, comparators, and ancillaries.
+ Coordinates with vendors and assists with vendor management manage vendors when clinical supplies services are required to be outsourced.
+ Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
+ Completes ongoing training on new regulations concerning clinical supplies and GxP activities.
+ Participates in and supports department project teams, including development clinical supply strategy.
+ Assists in the development and suggestion of improvements to update departmental SOPs.
+ May train or assist junior staff.
+ Asks for quotations to vendors and verify them against what was required by internal clients.
+ Interacts with other groups and departments to get approvals and revisions over budgets.

+ Provides monthly metrics of the studies allocated to the assigned person.
+ Provides constant feedback about room for improvements to the line manager.
**Required Education and Experience:**
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
+ Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years).
+ In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.

    Summarized Purpose:

    Acts as a liaison and support to the local team in all areas of clinical supplies' lifecycle (, receipt, storage & handling, shipment & delivery, return & and accountability, destruction coordination) for assigned studies.

    Essential Functions:

  • Completes the day to day operations of managing the study drug, comparators, and ancillaries.
  • Coordinates with vendors and assists with vendor management manage vendors when clinical supplies services are required to be outsourced.
  • Ensures all activities are executed in compliance with company good practices and client requirements.
  • Completes ongoing training on new regulations concerning clinical supplies and GxP activities.
  • Participates in and supports department project teams, including development clinical supply strategy.
  • Assists in the development and suggestion of improvements to update departmental SOPs.
  • May train or assist junior staff.
  • Asks for quotations to vendors and verify them against what was required by internal clients.
  • Interacts with other groups and departments to get approvals and revisions over budgets.
  • Follows the Global procedures and internal agreement to place a Purchase Order.
  • Participates in the GCS mini team meetings, providing insight about vendors processes and procedures, costs, timeline, requirements and deliverable.
  • Connect and manage the vendors selected for services.
  • Keeps control and oversight on the POs and services performed by vendors, following up on distribution plan, SIV dates, right products to be delivered.
  • Provides monthly metrics of the studies allocated to the assigned person.
  • Provides constant feedback about room for improvements to the line manager.
  • Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic / vocational qualification
  • Previous experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the job (comparable to at least 4 years).
  • In some cases an equivalency, consisting of a combination of appropriate education, training and/or directly related experience, will be considered sufficient for an individual to meet the requirements of the role.
  • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

  • Intermediate English and excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Adaptive to changes
  • Ability to apply accurate channels of communication to voice concerns and suggestions

  • DB Vendor Management (VM) are responsible for maintaining a bank wide end to end VM framework.
  • The Infrastructure Vendor Management Office (iVMO) is responsible for implementing key elements of the framework, therefore ensuring the most efficient and effective execution of any sourcing event in full compliance with the groups policies and standards.
  • The iVMO partners with the business functions to maintain a full understanding of business priorities and requirements to lead to the best sourcing outcomes across the Bank.
  • The iVMO manages the divisional contract and Vendor legal governance and contributes to the required group wide transparency on our key vendor partners to drive informed management decisions.
  • The iVMO Divisional Vendor Risk Manager is responsible and acts as the interface between the IT division, iVMO Vendor Management, divisional control officer, global procurement and 2LoD risk type controllers to ensure the most efficient and effective way of delivering intra-group outsourcing profile risk transparency and driving of divisional residual risks mitigation.
  • The iVMO divisional Intra Group Risk manager is also responsible for ensuring business function adherence to bank wide policies and processes.

  • Implement divisional intra group sourcing governance framework and process across Infra divisions.
  • Ensure appropriate intra group sourcing agreements are set up, updated and governed and the appropriate risk assessment processes are completed.
  • Maintains strong network and partnerships within the respective Infra division, Global Procurement, Divisional Control Officers and 2LoD risk Type Controllers
  • Drive implementation of remediation projects in support of regulatory/DB policy adoption into business divisions
  • Partner with iVMO Vendor Management function to establish intra group risk profiles and measurements to Key Risk Indicators

  • Significant IT Domain and business management experience
  • Solid understanding of policies and regulatory requirements on outsourcing based on industry standards
  • Relationship building and stakeholder management skill set
  • Experience in change execution
  • Experienced of RFP/RFI process is valued
