**Responsibilities:**
+ Increases sales process efficiency by working with various internal departments to develop a backlog of selling opportunities for assigned Outside Sales Representatives.
+ Schedules sales calls and deploys Field Technical Specialists (i.e. lighting, gear, automation, MRO specialists).
+ Debriefs salespeople and technical specialists after customer visits, updating the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database and managing follow-up communication to internal and external customers.

+ Responsible for the administration of MongoDB's Global Sales Compensation Plan in Xactly Incent, including timely electronic distribution and acceptance tracking of plans
+ Responsible for the calculations of MDB compensation plans to ensure payments are accurate, complete, and in compliance with company policy and practice
+ Partner with Sales Operations and Sales Finance to maintain and deploy worldwide annual compensation plans on time

As a Product Specialist, you will:
Be responsible for providing pre-sales / technical/functional support to prospective clients and customers while ensuring customer engagement with minimal supervision
Provide direction and specialist knowledge in applying the technology/application to the client’s business.
Develop and deliver presentations and product demonstrations
Design, validate, and present ZenTrades Products to include advanced product concepts, future direction, and 3rd party complimentary products
