Responsibilities (may vary based on experience level):
For all levels:
- Participate in the full Endur implementation lifecycle, including software selection, analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support of Endur solutions.
- Collaborate with business users, BAs, QAs, and other technical teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective Endur configurations and customizations.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of Endur processes and best practices.
- Maintain detailed documentation of Endur configurations, customizations, and processes.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest Endur features, functionalities, and industry trends.
Entry-Level/Junior:
- Learn and understand Endur core functionalities and modules.
- Assist in the configuration and testing of Endur features under guidance.
- Support existing Endur applications and troubleshoot basic issues.
- Develop and execute test cases for Endur functionalities.
Mid-Level:
- Design, develop, and implement Endur solutions, including scripting (OpenJVS, OpenComponents), OpenLink Reporting Language (OLAP/ORE), and custom extensions.
- Configure and customize Endur modules such as Trading Manager, Deal Tracker, Accounting, Settlements, Confirmations, and Risk.
- Perform data analysis and develop complex reports using Endur reporting tools.
- Identify and resolve complex Endur-related issues.
- Participate in system upgrades and migrations.
Senior/Lead:
- Lead the design and architecture of complex Endur solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members.
- Oversee and manage Endur projects from inception to completion.
- Optimize Endur system performance and ensure scalability.
- Act as a subject matter expert for Endur within the organization.
- Define and enforce Endur development standards and best practices.
- Liaise with vendors (OpenLink) for support and product enhancements.
