• Minimum of 5 years of experience in field service, technical support, or a similar role, with a strong emphasis on industrial equipment or machinery.
• Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting complex electro-mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with remote access tools, diagnostic software, and data analysis.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically under pressure.
