Basic Qualifications

  • Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to minimize disruption.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 4-6 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing operations, or a similar role.
  • Proven experience in developing and managing production schedules.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, lean principles, and inventory management.
  • Proficiency in production planning software, ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), and MS Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
  • Knowledge of quality control procedures is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
