Job Description
- Make 50- 100 calls per day to various companies regarding their staffing needs, appointments and open positions.
- Build a portfolio of leads by cold calling, networking and leveraging existing contact base.
- Achieve and reach the desired goals given by the company per day, week and month
- Be an expert in the staffing industry and local Market in order to add credibility to the FNTN brand within the market.
- Create strategies and tactics required to effectively execute against plans to drive account growth and efficiencies.
- Develop and support market delivery strategy & performance in collaboration with team.
- Expand relationships within clients, and pursue opportunities for expansion.
**Skills**:
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Business, Marketing or equivalent combination of work experience.
- Must have 1-10 years experience in IT staffing industry.
- Fluent in English (We preferred excellent English speaker)
- Experience in developing sales strategies in addition to service and pricing proposals.
- Demonstrated success working in fast-paced, highly competitive, deadline oriented environment.
- Demonstrated knowledge of solution oriented sales/closing techniques.
- Advanced platform knowledge (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Instagram)
- Minimum 1 years experience in outbound B2B sales in a cold calling environment
Working hours: 6:30 PM - 2:30 PM IST
