What you will do:
Communications and Content Creation:
Develop and draft engaging and impactful internal communications across various channels, including email, intranet, and other digital platforms.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights for effective communication strategies.
Multimedia Support:
Assist in the creation of multimedia content, such as presentations, videos, and graphics, to enhance internal communications and engagement.
Project and Change Management:
Support project and change management initiatives by contributing to communication plans and materials that facilitate smooth transitions and updates.
Event Support:
Assist in the planning and execution of company-wide events, including all-hands meetings, town halls, and other internal gatherings.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders across different regions to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals.
Monitoring and Reporting:
Monitor the effectiveness of internal communications through key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular reports with insights and recommendations.
Training and Development:
Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices in internal communications.
Participate in training sessions to enhance skills related to communication strategies, tools, and platforms.
What we are looking for:
At least 3-6+ years of relevant experience in communications, public relations, or a related field is a plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to synthesize complex details into easy-to-understand communications.
Flexibility to work across multiple time zones and cultural differences
Experience utilizing Office 365 and SharePoint Intranet content management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant communication tools.
Ability to work collaboratively in a global, cross-functional environment.
Basic understanding of project and change management principles.
BONUS: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, E-Learning Development Tools, Video and Audio Production
BONUS: Strong public speaking experience – comfortable presenting to various audience sizes (10-2,500k +)
BONUS: Familiar with ChatGPT/Generative AI tools for improving communications content and efficiency

- Sharing salient points post WIP Call
- Provide relevant and strategic inputs (based on the business / communication objective of the partner) in closing content including pitch notes with a focused approach
- Drive authored article content, quarterly review + plans and annual review + plans basis the client’s brief.
- Lead the team in media outreach for all partners in terms of media intelligence and strategic way to reach out to them.
- Build and sustain relationships with 35 journalists from principal / senior correspondents to editors in a year.
- Ensuring SOWs are being met to the T – on a weekly-basis so that strategic remedial actions can be taken in due time.
- Ensure error-free reporting - WIP reports, month reports, salient points of WIP calls and quarterly plans.
- Lead WIP call with partners.
- Be cognizant of the business objective of the partner and devise PR plans / strategies as per the same.
- Ensure QLA standards are maintained throughout the contract period.
- Provide counsel (strategic) inputs on media opportunities as well as tactful replies to partners.
- Drive relationship with partner POC / become the day-to-day go-to person for partner POC.
- Ensure partner satisfaction does not fall below 8/10
- Mentor and train levels below them
