Role Overview

We are seeking a Full-Time Consultant to support the smooth execution of the Liftoff Program. This role involves close coordination with startups, mentors, and the program team to ensure high-quality pitch preparation and successful Demo Day outcomes. The consultant will bring strong organizational skills, deep knowledge of the startup ecosystem, and the ability to manage multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Schedule and coordinate mock pitch sessions for participating startups.
  • Communicate schedules and expectations with startups and mentors.
  • Block calendars for both startups and expert mentors.
  • Capture and document session notes and expert feedback.
  • Plan, organize, and execute the Demo Day event.
  • Manage pre- and post-Demo Day engagements.
  • Follow up with participating startups to track progress and outcomes.
  • Collaborate with the program team to gather relevant data and insights.
  • Evaluate startup readiness for investment using defined criteria.

Qualifications

  • Education: Master’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3–4 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in the startup or investment ecosystem.
  • Communication Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Ecosystem Insight: Deep understanding of early-stage investment trends, funding cycles, and investor expectations.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working in a fast-changing environment and managing multiple priorities.
