Rent Recovery: Rent recovery from Occupant & Lease holders
- Liaisoning with Authorities:
Working with government agencies, regulatory bodies, and other external stakeholders to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Legal Documentation Management:
Preparing, reviewing, and managing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and other relevant paperwork.
- Contract Negotiation and Review:
Assisting in the negotiation and review of contracts, ensuring they align with company policies and legal frameworks.
- Compliance and Risk Management:
Identifying and assessing legal risks, implementing compliance measures, and ensuring adherence to legal standards.
- Stakeholder Communication:

Providing support in litigation matters, including gathering information, preparing documents, and coordinating with legal counsel.
- Relationship Building:

Facilitating the resolution of legal disputes through negotiation, mediation, or other appropriate means.
