    Responsibilities


    • Maintain and optimize production processes to ensure consistent product quality
    • Lead initiatives to reduce cost per product through advanced technology
    • Benchmark and implement state-of-the-art manufacturing standards across our setup and sub-contractors
    • Drive Lean Manufacturing, digitization, and IoT-based solutions for smarter operations
    • Prepare PFMEA, Control Plans, SOPs/WIs for every process step
    • Conduct periodic audits, calibrations, and inspections to maintain compliance with ISO & IATF standards
    • Lead root cause analysis, CAPA, and 8D problem-solving
    • Optimize shop floor layouts, conduct time studies, and standardize processes
    • Collaborate closely with production, quality, and SCM teams to ensure seamless operations


    Qualifications

    • Diploma (10–12 yrs exp) or Degree (8–10 yrs exp) in Mechanical/Production/Automotive Engineering
    • Experience in Process or Industrial Engineering within Automotive OEM, Tier 1, or Engineering industry
    • Exposure to ISO 9000 / IATF / Deming environments
    • Hands-on experience in New Product Development
    • Lean, Six Sigma, or TPM certification is a plus
